The themes, being forgiveness, frugal innovation, Humane Entrepreneurship, and resiliency, represent the important topics with which we, as a community, must engage to step freely and gracefully into our future world.

We must think about if our output is wealth for wealth’s sake, where does that leave our world, our human community, our humanitarian systems, and the ecosystem?

We as human leaders, employees, businesses, etc. must, in fact, change ourselves and our attention in order for the SDGs to work.

The global pandemic has allowed academia to change fundamentally, and within that, there is a chance for educators to evolve.

By engaging with the human spirit and, further, embodying this engagement, leaders become servants to the very people that they seek to guide.

Our solutions will arrive not only when we attempt to imagine a different perspective for our entrepreneurial research, energy, and outcomes, but when we also find the conviction that these changes are essential and necessary for our continued evolution.

In recognizing that a change or shift in one city or region can have a butterfly effect and result in significant changes in a completely different place, we need to realize our true globalized and interconnected nature. We need to ensure that the entrepreneurial base grows and that the jobs become more diverse.
